Founder & CEO
Gil David
Gil was the first person in Ireland to be accredited by Facebook as an official Facebook Marketing Consultant Partner in 2019, and remains the only person to have earned this title on the whole island.

In May 2017, Gil founded Run DMG, which has grown from a freelance consultancy into a boutique Performance Marketing agency spending in excess of $15m a year for clients across the US, UK, and Ireland, mainly eCommerce brands.
He would admit to being a bit of a Facebook Ads geek but in his spare time, Gil enjoys taking advantage of living in such a vibrant capital city as Belfast, playing American Football and watching 'normal' football, which has become much more enjoyable recently having been a long-suffering Liverpool fan from the age of four...
Project Manager
Emma Graham
Emma is a freelance Marketing and Communications Consultant, with over 20 years of commercial experience in various roles across the wider business community. She has worked for BT (Ireland), Age UK (London), Smarts Communicate (NI) and Case Corporation (Manchester).

She currently services retained clients as well as a variety of ad hoc project work, inc event management, social media, stakeholder engagement, internal & external comms, dissemination, sponsorships and project management. Previous clients include Kainos, BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition, RADLD and East Belfast Enterprise.

Emma also volunteers for Eximo and Friends, Marie Curie hospice, Barnardo’s, Simon Community, and previously for Positive Life NI, National Trust and Cinemagic.

Performance Marketing Consultant
Nadia Patterson
Nadia is a graduate of Ulster University with a MSc in Digital Marketing Communication and Leadership. She previously graduated from University of Salford with a BA in Graphic Design. During her studies, Nadia took on freelance work for a number of clients requiring digital and design solutions. This included branding and logo design, graphics for social media and e-commerce sites and social media marketing strategies.​
Nadia is responsible for campaign strategy and setup as well as getting creative making new social ad content for clients. She has enjoyed further developing skills gained in university and obtained qualifications in Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Email Marketing and progressed rapidly from an internship in 2021 to a full-time role and in her second year with the agency was promoted to
Performance Marketing Consultant, Nadia is one of the most senior members of the team and handled over $5m in ad spend last year.Nadia loves animals and in her spare time you’ll find her looking after her pygmy goats or spending the day at a farm.

Steph fawcett
Steph is a Graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University with a BA in Events Management.
Post-study she worked as a Marketing Executive and Sales Specialist for an interior design company and then an in-house marketer at a global hair brand managing influencers, email and creating focused and driven marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
Steph has progressed quickly since starting at Run DMG in 2022 from Media Buyer to Performance Marketing Consultant and oversaw more than $4m in ad spend last year.
She loves traveling and in her spare time is often planning holidays or socialising with her friends!
Performance Marketing & Partnerships Consultant
emma hamill
Emma is a graduate of Ulster University, Coleraine where she achieved a BAHons in Media and Production.

Before joining Run DMG, Emma lived in Vancouver, Canada for 5 years where she worked as a Senior Coordinator in Partnerships for the CFL’s BC Lions Football LP and is no stranger to running promotions and advertising to live stadium audiences and live-on-broadcast.​
​
Since joining the Run DMG team in July 2024, Emma has worked with clients across diverse industries, including apparel and animal care. She also plays a key role in business development, with a focus on brand building and client acquisition.​
​
Emma loves adventure, whether it's travelling to a new country and embracing a new culture or going for a picnic to local Irish spots, She likes to explore and find adventure in everything.
Performance Marketing Intern
KATE MALCOMSON
Kate is currently studying for a Foundation Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Communications through Southern Regional College as part of her Higher Level Apprenticeship (HLA).
Post-study, Kate worked in retail, where she developed skills in customer service, visual merchandising, and sustainable business practices. Now, as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, she is learning and supporting the team with social media campaigns and assisting with client projects. She has also completed certifications with Google Skillshop and HubSpot Academy to enhance her digital marketing expertise.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys walking her dog and watching movies, which helps her unwind after a busy day of learning and work. She is excited about the future and looks forward to growing her career with Run DMG.
UGC CREATOR
NIAMH DOHERTY
Niamh is a graduate of Ulster University, Jordanstown where she studied Communication, Management and Public Relations. ​
During university, Niamh took some time out to live in Australia where she worked in a sales role for one of the country’s largest travel agents and since then has gone on to work for companies such as Galgorm Spa and Golf Resort, ICC Belfast and Kukoon Rugs.
During lockdown she set up her own social media management business and did this full time for 3 years, but she took the role at Run DMG in 2023 as she wanted to learn more about paid social and media buying.

Niamh is currently located in Vancover, Canada and is working with Run DMG on UGC and marketing consulting.
